A driver was caught on camera failing to keep to a straight line while travelling along the East Coast Parkway (ECP) on Monday night (Oct 5).
Stomper James witnessed the incident that occurred along the expressway towards Changi at around 11.10pm and grew concerned about the driver's behaviour.
In dashcam footage that he shared, the driver can be seen not keeping to a straight line or a single lane, instead occasionally inching left or right.
James said: "This is totally reckless driving.
"I believe the driver might have been drunk and not in control."
