52-year-old man taken to hospital after accident involving car and motorcycle in Sembawang

A 52-year-old man was taken to hospital after an accident involving a car and a motorcycle at the junction of Sembawang Road and Transit Road on Monday (Aug 17).

Stomper Zechariah alerted Stomp to the accident and shared a video of what happened.

In the video, a motorcycle can be seen toppled over in the middle of the junction.

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the accident at 5.35pm.

"A 52-year-old male motorcyclist was conscious when conveyed to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital," said the police.

Police investigations are ongoing.
