Motorcyclist taken to hospital after accident along AYE

A 38-year-old man was taken to hospital after an accident involving a motorcycle along AYE towards Tuas on Wednesday (Aug 12).

Stomper Ramli alerted Stomp to the incident and shared a video of what happened.

In the video, six people can be seen surrounding a person lying on the ground.

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the accident at 7.21am.

"The 38-year-old male motorcyclist was conscious when conveyed to Ng Teng Fong General Hospital," said the police.

Police investigations are ongoing.
