Malaysian man looking for long-lost Singaporean friend he lost contact with in 1986

A Malaysian man is looking for an old Singaporean friend he has not seen since 1986.

Stomper May wants to help her best friend Mariate Ibrahim's father, Ibrahim Nordin, look for his old friend Fandy.

"Fandy is a Singaporean who is currently between 67 to 70 years old," she said.

"He used to live in Eunos Crescent and used to work in a factory and as a make-up artist part-time.

Ibrahim and Fandy became acquainted when Fandy travelled up to Selangor for a wedding.

They exchanged information and became friends.

However, Ibrahim lost Fandy's address and phone number after moving house in 1986.

"Ibrahim has good memories of Fandy as a friend and has always remembered him," May said.
