Man taken to hospital after chain collision involving bus, lorry, van and car in Yishun

A chain collision involving a bus, a lorry, a van and a car occurred along Yishun Avenue 1 on Monday morning (March 11).

Responding to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the four-vehicle accident, which occurred in the direction of Yishun Avenue 8, at 8.01am.

The car driver, a 41-year-old man, was conscious when taken to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.

A video taken by a member of a public shows a black car with its front bumper damaged.

The bus had its front windscreen smashed and debris can be seen on the road.

Police investigations are ongoing.
