27-year-old motorcyclist dies after accident on BKE

A 27-year-old male motorcyclist died after an accident on the Bukit Timah Expressway (BKE) at around 6.29am today (Mar 25).

Stomper Nizam alerted Stomp to photos of the aftermath of the accident which were circulating on WhatsApp.

The images show a death tent on the road divider of the expressway.

Police patrol cars and an EMAS Recovery vehicle can be seen at the side of the road.

Police and SCDF both informed Stomp that they were alerted to an accident at 6.29am today, involving a motorcycle at BKE towards Woodlands, after KJE exit.

The 27-year-old male motorcyclist was pronounced dead by paramedics at the scene.

"Police investigations are ongoing," said the Police.
