Lorry vs lamppost at Bukit Batok Ave 2

Stomper George was walking along Bukit Batok West Avenue 2 yesterday (22 Jan) and saw a lorry smashed against a bent lamppost.

According to the Stomper, by the time he saw what was happening, the police were already taking down details and making arrangements for the vehicle to be towed away.

The Stomper said, "I find it quite funny because it is a pretty empty road so I do not know how the lorry can veer off and crash into a lamppost.

"Perhaps the driver fell asleep."

Stomp has contacted the police for more information.
