A staff member at Choa Chu Kang Bus Interchange was taken to hospital on Feb 6.

Stomper Raven, who shared photos and videos of the scene at around 8.35pm, said the employee had felt unwell and "collapsed".

A woman can be seen being taken away on a stretcher and into an ambulance.

Raven recounted: "I was on my way back after a trip to Gain City, sitting at a corner and taking a break when I saw an ambulance parked in front of the ticket counter.

"Fifteen minutes at 8.50pm, I saw two Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) paramedics and the ambulance driver conveying an MRT staff member to the hospital. They left at 8.54pm.

"A cleaner said they saw a TransCom security officer having dinner in the staff area at around 8pm when she suddenly collapsed and fainted on the floor.

"An emergency ambulance was activated by staff at the bus interchange.

"Around 45 minutes later at 9.40pm, the replacement staff arrived to cover her duty."

In response to a Stomp query, SCDF said it received a call for assistance at 70 Choa Chu Kang Loop at about 8.20pm and conveyed one person to Ng Teng Fong General Hospital.

Raven added: "My heart and prayers go to the staff member. I wish her a speedy recovery. Do get well soon."
