Woman arrested for drink driving and driving without licence after Honda crashes into lamp post

A 39-year-old woman was arrested for drink driving and driving without a valid driving licence after the car she was driving crashed into a lamp post along Harus Link towards Lorong Halus on Apr 2.

The police told Stomp that they were alerted to an accident involving a car which was believed to have self-skidded at about 6.35am.

No injuries were reported and investigations are ongoing.

Stomper AJ told Stomp that he was exiting from Lorong Halus at about 7.51am when he saw a Honda Vezel had crashed into a lamp post near a zebra crossing.

"No other cars were damaged but the lamp post and the car were severely damaged," he said.

"There were two traffic police cars and an ambulance at the scene.

"Please drive safely everyone."
