A 30-year-old man was arrested for suspected drug-related offences and possession of an offensive weapon after a lorry was involved in an accident on the Seletar Expressway (SLE) on Mar 30.

He was a passenger in the lorry which is believed to have self-skidded, the police told Stomp.

A Stomper alerted Stomp to the incident and shared photos of several police vehicles on the expressway after the Upper Thompson Road exit.

"Police officers were checking inside the lorry's container," he said.

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the accident at 8.30pm.

Police investigations are ongoing.
