Van driver lies in wait... to tailgate Stomper and evade parking fee in Yishun

They say time is money.

A van driver, however, would rather idle away and wait for an unsuspecting motorist to tailgate than to pay for parking.

Stomper R shared dashcam footage of the van driver evading his parking fee at the Block 431 Yishun Avenue multi-storey carpark.

The video shows the driver of the stationary van seemingly waiting for a vehicle to tailgate. He then follows the Stomper out of the carpark.

R said: "This incident happened two weeks ago but I just came back from my holiday and found the video.

"I feel a bit sad as I have had such experiences many times. Though I have never encountered this van driver, I just really want to share it this time."
