'Unreasonable' youths leave spray-paint marks at Yishun carpark

A Yishun resident was concerned to see youths leaving spray-paint marks on the ground at a multi-storey carpark in his neighbourhood on Dec 20.

A Stomper shared a video he took of the youths at Block 506 Yishun Avenue 4.

The trio are seen spray-painting an object without laying out any newspaper or canvas to ensure the paint does not get on the surrounding area.

"They are young and unreasonable," said the Stomper.

"The spray paint stains the floor, it's vandalism."

In 2019, a man was seen leaving paint marks on a walkway near Block 55 Stirling Road after spray-painting parts of his motorcycle.

A resident said: "Surely, no one will condone such behaviour that is morally wrong and offensive, devoid of civic consciousness."
