TPTC removes precariously placed plant pots and abandoned sofa after Stompers' complaints

Tanjong Pagar Town Council (TPTC) has removed precariously placed plant pots and an abandoned sofa after Stompers highlighted the issues to Stomp.

Stomper Ken shared a photo of plant pots on a ledge at Block 16 Telok Blangah Crescent on Oct 28.

They were placed precariously close to the edge of the ledge.

Stomper Jimmy shared a photo of an abandoned black sofa that was left on the eighth floor of Block 166 Stirling Road on Oct 28 as well.

According to him, the sofa had been there for two weeks with no one to claim or clear it.

Both blocks are under the purview of TPTC.

In response to a query, a TPTC spokesperson informed Stomp that the items have since been removed.
