Stomper thankful to stall owner for treating her kids to satay at Makansutra Gluttons Bay

Food operators are facing a hard time due to the ongoing pandemic but some still go above and beyond to put smiles on their patrons' faces.

A Stomper shared how touched she was when a satay stall owner treated her children to a plate of satay at Makansutra Gluttons Bay on Wednesday (Aug 11).

"Despite the pandemic and struggles by some stall owners she actually treated my children to a plate of satay," she said.

"We refused and wanted to pay but she kept saying it’s for the kids.

"We only bought two plates of noodles from her and she actually treated the kids. The serving for the noodles was quite generous too.

"We felt so touched by her kind gesture, we can't thank her enough.

"We took photos of her shop and of her at Makansutra Gluttons Bay and we really hope that people will come and support her shop."
