Sacks of concrete mix fall onto road and block lane along Jurong Town Hall Rd

Stomper Tony was travelling along Jurong Town Hall Road today (Feb 1) at around 3.41pm when he noticed several sacks of concrete mix lying on the road.
They appeared to have fallen off a vehicle but according to Tony, there was not lorry or truck in sight.
The sacks blocked the middle lane of the road and passing vehicles kicked up the concrete dust.
The Stomper commented on how hazardous the obstruction was:
"It's so dangerous.
"If you didn't see the sacks you might just bang right into them."
