Motorcyclist taken to hospital after accident with car at Bukit Batok Road

A 26-year-old motorcyclist was taken to hospital after an accident involving his motorcycle and a car along Bukit Batok Road towards Bukit Panjang Road on Thursday evening (Sep 9).

Stomper Ms Teo alerted Stomp to the incident and shared videos she took of passers-by stopping to help the fallen rider.

An ambulance soon arrives at the scene.

Stomp understands the lorry in the video was not involved in the accident and that the driver had stopped to help.

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the accident at 7.19pm.

"The 26-year-old male motorcyclist was conscious when conveyed to the hospital," a police spokesman said.

Police investigations are ongoing.
