Minibus gives police car a kiss at Sims Avenue junction

A minibus hit a police car at the junction of Sims Way and Sims Avenue on Jun 22 at around 3.40pm.

In a photo of the accident's aftermath posted on Singapore Taxi Driver, the front of white minibus can be seen touching or 'kissing' if you will, the left side of the police car.

The damage to both vehicles did not seem to be serious but both the car and minibus looked like they sustained dents based on the image.

It is unclear what caused the accident.

Said a police spokesperson in response to a Stomp query:

"Police are aware of an accident involving a police car and a minibus at the junction of Sims Way and Sims Avenue on Jun 22 at 3.38pm.

"Police investigations are ongoing."
