Man ruins decorative flowers outside neighbour's unit days before Hari Raya

A man was caught on video ruining is neighbour's Hari Raya decorations on Apr 30.

Facebook user Zizie Caipirinha shared a video of the man cutting the heads off of orchids placed outside her home at about 5.28am.

She wrote: "Early morning bring scissors come outside people house to ruin people's decorations for Hari Raya?

"Willing to wake up during dawn just to do this?"

He then dumps the cut flowers on the floor before pulling out plants near the lift and tossing them over the parapet.

According to Zizie, this is not the first time this has happened and the man allegedly does this every Hari Raya.

She added: "Also, he doesn't even stay on the same level. So what's his problem?!!!"
