A Foodpanda customer is frustrated after he was denied a refund after reporting missing items from his recent orders.

Stomper AT ordered items from Mr Bean at Jurong Point on Wednesday (Oct 25) but found that he was missing a Hazelnut Royale Pancake which cost $2.90.

After reporting it to Foodpanda, he was told a refund 'will not be possible'.

The next day (Oct 26), he ordered food from Zhen Neng Zhu Ban Mian and Fish Soup in Jurong via the Foodpanda app.

This time, he received only one Tom Yum Ramen despite ordering two bowls. One bowl is priced at $7.

When the Foodpanda representative told him they 'won't be able to proceed with a refund' he lamented.

After expressing frustration that this had happened again, the Foodpanda rep said they would pass the issue to their specialist team for further review.

"I told them I would report them but they ended my chat," he said.

"So I'm reporting to you guys.

"I don't know how they can do that.

"Yes, although it's a small amount, I can't be paying for something that I didn't receive."
