Some travellers were delayed about 90 minutes after a coach driver reportedly had a fit while their coach was on the Causeway to Singapore.
Stomper Hasha was one of the passengers affected and shared a video of a group of people standing next to a Starmart coach that had stopped along the Causeway.
She said she boarded the coach from Berjaya Times Square in Kuala Lumpur that was headed to Golden Mile Complex on Friday (June 11).
"It was about 10pm when the driver had fits," she said.
"Luckily the bus was stationary."
"It took us about 30 to 40 minutes to board another bus.
"We took the Causeway bus to the checkpoint and waited again for Starmart to arrange another bus to continue our journey.
"The whole process delayed us for 90 minutes.
"The worst thing is Starmart never contacted or messaged us regarding the incident asking if we are okay or not."
