Car fails to stop for pedestrian at zebra crossing outside Ng Teng Fong General Hospital

All drivers know that they are supposed to slow down before a zebra crossing to allow people to cross but why do some still flout road rules?

Stomper Yao shared with Stomp a video of a car failing to give way to a pedestrian outside Ng Teng Fong General Hospital on Wednesday (June 21) at about 8.40am.

A horn is heard being honked as the car passes the zebra crossing without stopping.

"I feel that the driver should down before the zebra crossing and let people waiting to cross, cross the road then drive on," he said.
