Burger King invites customer back after he was sorely disappointed by chicken burger

Have you ever had a sudden craving for fast food after passing by a poster promoting a juicy burger?

Stomper TT visited a Burger King outlet at Shaw Plaza Balestier on Oct 4 to order a Mushroom Swiss Tendergrill Chicken burger.

However, he was disappointed when the burger he received looked nothing like how it was advertised.

"Please spread the word on the poor quality of this Burger King burger," he said.

"I thought I would get something like this..."

But I got this."

In response to a Stomp query, a Burger King spokesperson said: "We are really sorry that the burger did not meet up to expectations of the customer and it seems like the lettuce is slightly under-serve.

"The team is already looking into this as we take such feedback seriously and we would always want to improve to serve our customers better.

"We sincerely would like to invite the customer back to the store for a meal."
