61-year-old man found dead at Hougang block

A 61-year-old man was found dead at Block 916 Hougang Avenue 9 on Thursday (Apr 23).
The police, who were alerted to a case of unnatural death at 5.04pm, said the man was found lying motionless and was pronounced dead at the scene by a paramedic.
Stomper Frankie was passing by the block when he saw a police van.
He told Stomp: "There was a police tent inside the bin centre."
Police investigations are ongoing.
