Three people were taken to hospital after an accident involving a bus and car along Choa Chu Kang Drive on Sunday (May 9).

Stomper Mabel alerted Stomp to the incident and shared photos she took.

"My family were on bus service 975 at around 12.20pm," she said.

"The accident happened too fast that we could not even react.

"The reckless left-turning driver was going too fast and did not give way to the 975 bus to pass through first which caused everyone inconvenience.

"I only saw one passenger's leg was injured, I hope the others are fine.

"Please be more considerate when you are on the left-turn road.

"Drive slowly and be alert at all times.

"What a memorable Mother’s Day."

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the accident at 12.22pm.

"Three passengers, aged 34 to 76, were conscious when conveyed to hospital," a police spokesman said.

Police investigations are ongoing.
