3 men assisting police with investigations after fight at Geylang East

Three men, aged between 21 and 25, are assisting police with investigations after a fight broke out at Geylang East in the early hours of Sunday morning (Mar 20).

A Stomper shared with Stomp a video of a group of men at a carpark near Block 130 Geylang East Avenue 1.

One man is seen trying to hold a companion back while another grabs what appears to be a rock from a grass patch and runs at the other two, trying to land a blow.

The Stomper said the men appeared to be drunk.

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the fight at 1.12am.

"The three men are assisting with police investigations," a police spokesman said.
