29-year-old woman found hanging outside kitchen window of Bukit Batok HDB unit

A 29-year-old woman was found hanging outside a kitchen window of a unit at Block 104 Bukit Batok Central on Monday morning (Sept 25).

Several Stompers alerted Stomp to a video circulating online of Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) officers retrieving the body.

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to a case of unnatural death at 6.20am.

"A 29-year-old woman was pronounced dead by an SCDF paramedic," a police spokesperson said.

"Based on preliminary investigations, the police do not suspect foul play."

Police investigations are ongoing.
