What is this guy doing at Punggol Plaza's Koufu outlet?

A Stomper saw a man engaging in a questionable act at a Koufu outlet in Punggol Plaza yesterday (May 10).

In a video the Stomper sent, the man can be seen at the smoking area of the food court with his right hand apparently stroking his private parts, in full view of other patrons.

He had a cigarette in his other hand, and was looking at his phone.

The Stomper told Stomp in a telephone interview that the man was engaging in the act for around 30 minutes while drinking beer that was purchased from a provision shop.

The man left his beer cans on the ground after he left.
