Disgusting dude flashes private parts outside shop at Redhill Block 78 in full view of passersby

Stomper HW sent Stomp a video showing a man engaging in an obscene act at Block 78 in Redhill.

The Stomper said that he came across the disturbing sight this morning (Feb 1) at 10.43am in an email to Stomp.

In the video, a man clad in black T-shirt and shorts can be seen sitting on a couch outside a shop beside a flight of stairs stroking his private parts. 

HW reported that there were passersby in the area but the man continued with his lewd act despite their presence.

Said the Stomper with regard to what he saw:

"Initially from afar I thought he suffered a stroke because his hand kept moving up and down and walao, that's the 'brother' right there in full view.

"This is bad for kids and society."
