Youth risks life by climbing over railing and sitting on ledge at Woodlands CC

Stomper Jamal saw a youth climbing over a railing and sitting on a ledge at Woodlands Community Club yesterday (Sep 24) at around 6pm.

The youth looked to be about three to five metres above the ground.

Disapproving of this dangerous act, Jamal said: "He is behaving like a monkey."

Netizens previously expressed concern over kids risking their lives to carry out such stunts when a group of students were seen sitting on the ledge of a condominium building.
