Man, 33, arrested for allegedly molesting 2 women on bus travelling along CCK

A 33-year-old man was arrested for his suspected involvement in a case of outrage of modesty that occurred on Sep 28 this year, on a bus travelling along Choa Chu Kang Avenue 3.

Two female victims had reported being molested by an unknown man while on board the bus, said police.

Through extensive ground enquiries and the aid of CCTV footages, officers from Jurong Police Division established the identity of the suspect and arrested him on Nov 13.

The suspect was charged in court on Nov 15 with the offence of outrage of modesty under Section 354(1) of the Penal Code, Chapter 224.
