What is the maximum amount of money you would be willing to spend on a simple meal from a food court?

Stomper Amir was ready to spend $8.90 for a plate of fish and chips from a stall at Cook House by Koufu at Waterway Point in Sengkang on Oct 6.

However, he was 'very disappointed' once he saw his meal.

"The food is $8.90 from the western food stall," he said.

"It was not worth the price.

"Too pricey and small portion only."

When asked how much would have been a fair amount to charge for what he got, he replied: "$5.90 is fair enough for me."
