Stomper Unknown was concerned to see a woman squatting on a second-storey ledge to clean windows at Block 424 Hougang Avenue 6 last month.
Unknown spotted the woman on Jan 19, at around 3pm.
The Stomper, who shared a photo of the incident, said: "She was cleaning for roughly around 15 minutes. Half of her body was out while she was cleaning the window.
