'Swarm' of mosquitoes freak out residents of Keat Hong Pride

Stomper Marcus is concerned about the alarming number of mosquitoes that have invaded his housing estate at Keat Hong Pride.

Marcus and his neighbours were initially unsure what the insects were because of their muddy brown colour, but after sharing photos of them in their neighbourhood group chat, they believe that they probably are mosquitoes.

Said the Stomper:

"Our neighbourhood is new so there may be breeding grounds that we do not know of yet.

"With the recent incidents of the Zika virus and other mosquito-related diseases, it is very worrying to me and my neighbours."

Marcus has reported the matter to the NEA and is awaiting a response.
