Tesla driver confronts cyclist at Florence Road and almost hits him with car

A Tesla driver was seen driving dangerously next to a cyclist at Florence Road in Hougang on Jan 2.
Stomper Lau Lau alerted Stomp to a video of the incident posted on SG Road Vigilante's Facebook page.
In the video, the driver and the cyclist appear to exchange words after the Tesla stops. It is unclear what the exchange is about.

Both of them move off but the Tesla driver repeatedly jams on his brakes and almost hits the cyclist.
