34-year-old woman arrested in attempted suicide at Aljunied Crescent

A 34-year-old woman has been arrested in a case of attempted suicide at Aljunied Crescent yesterday (Sep 20).

Stomper Jeffrey saw the scene last evening at about 6pm.

According to the Stomper, he said there was a complaint of foul smell coming from the unit.

In the photos and videos he sent, the Singapore Police Force (SPF) and Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) officers were seen outside the flat.

A Police spokesperson confirmed with Stomp:

"On Sep 20 at 4.55pm, the police were alerted to a case of attempted suicide at Block 97 Aljunied Crescent. 

"A 34-year-old woman was arrested in relation to the case. 

"Police investigations are ongoing."
