Police seen speaking to drunk man sitting down along Orchard Road

A man, who appeared to be drunk, was seen sitting down at one side of the road in Orchard yesterday morning (Oct 15).

Stomper Lily spotted police officers speaking to the man at around 8.30am.

She said: "This was along Cuscaden Road in Orchard, in front of Ming Arcade.

"Police came and took down the man's particulars, then brought him aside and left him at one corner.

"The 'drunken monkey' was waiting for one of his friends to pick him up."
