The police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of 72-year-old Mr Tay Lam Soon, who was last seen in the vicinity of Changi Village.
He was last seen on April 12 at about 1.12pm, said police in a news release on Wednesday (Apr 19).
Mr Tay had been wearing a multi-coloured horizontal stripes polo tee shirt and black shorts.
Mr Tay's family had earlier posted an appeal on Stomp and shared how worried they are about him.
Anyone with information is requested to call the police hotline at 1800-2550000 or submit information online at www.police.gov.sg/iwitness.
