Teen girl and one man found: Police appealing for info on 3 people

The police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of the following three people.

• Rathika Mokanarajah, 13, last seen in the vicinity of Lorong 8 Toa Payoh on July 25 at about 3pm.
• Mr Wong Toh Sang, 69, last seen in the vicinity of 68 Marine Parade Road on June 1 at about 3pm.
• Mr Hsu Pow Cheng, 68, last seen in the vicinity of Block 587 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3 on Monday (Aug 7) at about 5am.
