Pedestrian shows displeasure after near-accident while crossing Bendemeer Road

A driver encountered a pedestrian who showed his displeasure despite crossing the road while the red traffic man was showing and almost getting hit by the driver's car.

Stomper Weelee shared footage of the incident that happened along Bendemeer Road on Oct 1 at about 8pm.

"I would like to share a video of this self-entitled jaywalker crossing the road without observing the traffic light," he said.

"He got aggressive when I almost hit him.

"Based on the video, he was aware that the vehicle was approaching but he continued to cross the road nonchalantly.

"It was raining quite heavily and the visibility is poor.

"He is basically endangering himself and other road users."
