Man spotted lying on floor at Toa Payoh's HDB Hub after having one drink too many

Passers-by were concerned when they saw a man lying on the floor at HDB Hub at Toa Payoh on Dec 27.

Stomper Jarren alerted Stomp to the incident and shared photos of the man and paramedics later attending to him.

"I saw this man lying on the floor," he said.

"I called the police and informed them about the incident."

He added that the man didn't fall and was just lying down.

Stomp understands that the man had consumed a little too much alcohol. However, no offence was committed and the man was cooperative.

In response to a Stomp query, the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said they received a call for assistance at 530 Lorong 6 Toa Payoh at about 8pm.

"SCDF's assistance was not required," a spokesperson said.
