A man was caught on video driving a Honda Fit with a young child sitting on his lap.

Footage of the incident was posted on SG Road Vigilante's YouTube channel.

According to the caption, it happened at Tuas Checkpoint on Saturday (Oct 15) at about 9.20am.

Netizens were alarmed that the driver would do something so risky, putting the child's life in danger.
