Does a rainy day mean more accidents?
A lorry was turned on its side at the junction of Buroh Drive and Jalan Terusan in Jurong on Tuesday (Feb 28).
Stomper Lim shared a video of the toppled vehicle with police, a tow truck and a Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) ambulance at the scene.
The words "Safety never ends" can be seen on the back of the lorry.
In response to a Stomp query, SCDF said it was alerted to the road traffic accident at 2.30pm, adding that its assistance was not required.
Stomp understands that the lorry driver was not injured.
This is the sixth vehicular mishap Stomp has reported that happened on the same day.
The other five were:
- SCDF rescues driver trapped in car turned on its side after early morning accident in Pasir Ris
