Lorry and 2 cars in accident in Yishun, 2 passengers taken to hospital

Two people were taken to hospital after an accident involving two cars and a lorry in Yishun on Thursday night (June 22).

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the accident along Yishun Avenue 2 towards Canberra Link at 8.53pm.

Two car passengers, aged 50 and 22, were conscious when taken to hospital.

Police investigations are ongoing.

A Stomper shared photos she took of the scene at around 7.59pm.

She also noted that this is the second accident that has occurred along the same stretch of road this week.

The Stomper had previously shared photos of a chain collision that occurred along Yishun Avenue 2 on June 19, at around 4.45pm. No injuries were reported in that incident.
