Food delivery riders bring cheer to Yishun residents by distributing dates for fasting month

Muslims around the world welcomed the start of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan on Tuesday (April 13).

Just prior to that, kind GrabFood and Foodpanda riders decided to distribute free dates to residents in Yishun.

Stomper Norlindah shared with Stomp photos of the kind act that happened on Sunday (Apr 11) morning.

She shared that the initiative was the riders' idea.

"I really appreciate their good work, may God bless them," she said.

"I feel grateful for their good work and charity."
