E-biker chiongs past driver even though traffic light not in his favour

Stomper Wen had a near-accident with an electric bicycle user who rode past him in Eunos yesterday (Dec 21) at around 6pm.

Besides riding on the road which is illegal in Singapore, the e-biker had also done so when the traffic light was not in his favour.

Wen said: "Another e-biker who had a near-miss.

"This happened in Eunos towards Paya Lebar Square.

"He chionged past even though the traffic light for pedestrians had already stopped flashing the green man.

"I had to apply my e-brakes because he came out of nowhere".
