Stomper Anonymous spotted an e-scooter rider weaving in and out of traffic dangerously.
It is unclear where and when the incident took place.
In a video he sent to Stomp, an e-scooter rider appeared unfazed as he swerved towards the right to avoid a pedestrian who was crossing.
He swerved again to avoid a car that was turning into the lane.
E-scooters are not allowed on roads in Singapore.
Users must also ensure that they are travelling below the speed limit of 15kmh on footpaths, and 25kmh on shared and cycling paths.
