A 36-year-old man was taken to hospital after the pickup truck he was driving skidded and crashed into a lamp post at the junction of Bras Basah Road and Prinsep Street on Wednesday morning (Oct 11).
Stomper Jag alerted Stomp to the incident and shared a video he took as he was passing by of the truck lying on its side.
Stomper Lee alerted Stomp to a video posted on ROADS.sg's Facebook page of the moment the pick-up truck struck the lamp post and flipped onto its side, narrowly missing a pedestrian.
Accident that happened yesterday morning, 11 Oct, at 07:40 a.m., involving a 36-year-old man. He was taken to the hospital after the truck he was driving skidded and overturned on its side at Bras Basah on Wednesday morning.

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the accident at about 7.41am.
The pick-up truck is believed to have self-skidded, a police spokesperson said.
A 36-year-old male truck driver was taken conscious to the hospital.
Police investigations are ongoing.
