Driver taken to hospital after accident involving 2 cars along Short Street

A 37-year-old man was taken to hospital after an accident involving two cars occurred along Short Street towards Rochor Canal Road on Friday evening (Sep 6).

Stomper Jeremy alerted Stomp to the incident and shared a video he took that showed two fire engines at the scene.

The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) and police told Stomp they responded to the incident at 9.30pm.

"One of the drivers, a 37-year-old man, was conscious when conveyed to Tan Tock Seng Hospital," a police spokesman said.

Police investigations are ongoing.
