2 taken to hospital after car flips over in accident at Yio Chu Kang Road junction

A man and a woman were taken to hospital after a two-car accident at the junction of Yio Chu Kang Road and Hougang Avenue 2 on November 12.

The police told Stomp in response to queries that they were alerted to an accident involving two cars at 10.54pm.

"A 27-year-old male driver and his 24-year-old female passenger were conscious when conveyed to Sengkang General Hospital," police added.

Stomper Gordon shared photos of the collision, showing a black car and a white car at the scene. The black car can be seen overturned on its side.

Police investigations are ongoing.
