2 bus passengers, aged 69 and 71, taken to hospital after accident with car at Sembawang junction

Two passengers, aged 69 and 71, were taken to hospital after the bus they were on got into an accident with a car in Sembawang on Wednesday night (Apr 27).

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to an accident involving a bus and a car at the junction of Sembawang Road towards Canberra Road at 8.37pm.

The two bus passengers were conscious when taken to hospital.

Stomper Lena shared a photo of the accident scene and said: "The bus rammed into the car at the junction."

Police investigations are ongoing.
